Shoot it on the phone, upload from phone straight into the blip tv account, push it out via rss feed to automatically download to multimedia player or phone.
Stephen Parker put this technology to great use on the recent FLNW tour, although he used a webcam rather than phone to create the video.
I learnt this because Alex Hayes showed me how - here is a short piece we made as a scenario discussion starter for use with primary school kids to show Graham Wegner over at Teaching Generation Z last night. Probably took half an hour to shoot, load and send to Graham.

Anne, that was amazing. What you guys created on the fly made my evening and gave me the next point to go to with my students' experimental exploration of what mlearning in the primary school could look like. Did Alex give you a look at the kids' posters I sent through? My task that I set them was quite open ended and wasn't at all prescriptive so I was so impressed with the thinking of 10/11 year olds. Of course, some posters weren't so good but there wasn't a student who wasn't interested in the concept of mobile phone use in the classroom. Alex mentioned that blip.tv has a form of filtering that might make it much more suitable for primary aged kids compared to youtube. We can all learn so much from each other - and nothing is sector specific anymore. Thanks for sharing this, Anne.
Graham, the kids posters were fantastic and inspiring, I wish we could put them up or use them in some way.
